Returns

We want to make sure that your Lucky Bear & Co. product is 100% perfect, however, if something isn’t quite suitable, then we’re here to help! You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items. We hope you can understand that personalized products and earrings are not able to be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty), however, if you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team who will be happy to advise further.

 

A few things to be aware of:

  • All products must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
  • We cannot accept returns on personalized items. These include all products in the name collection, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item (unless faulty).
  • We cannot accept returns on earrings (unless faulty).
  • We cannot refund gift packaging
  • Returns are processed within five working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note, it can sometimes take a few days for the refunded money to show in your account.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us up to 2 hours after placing it. 

Please be advised that personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after 2 hours, they can only be replaced for exchanged for store credit.

For non-customized pieces, If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at hello@luckybearco.com.

 

 

How do I return my order?

Please email hello@luckybearco.com with your order number, and a reason why you wish to return your items, and our customer service team will be more than happy to help you.

Make sure you keep an eye out for an email from our returns team where we will keep you up to date on the process of your return.

 

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault, please get in touch with our friendly customer support team who will be on hand to resolve any issues; hello@luckybearco.com.


Gift Cards

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We take great care to ensure you get beautiful, flawless pieces. If you feel your jewelry was damaged or have any other concerns, please get in touch so we can help. Lucky Bear & Co. reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be posted on this page.
