You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your order, which means that you have plenty of time to return or exchange your items.

Can I change my order?
For custom jewelry orders, you can change your order within 24 hours after placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any adjustments (hello@luckybearco.com).
After 24 hours, we begin processing your order, and changes may not be possible.
